1. Click login/register on the website/app
2. Fill in your details which is the email address and password you used to sign up.
If you do not remember your password, select forgot password and a temporary password will be sent to your email, which you can then use to login. Note you can proceed to change the temporary password.

1. When you are done adding the products you wish to purchase to your cart, you click on your cart icon and select view cart to make sure that all the products you selected are in your cart, then click proceed to checkout.
2. Fill in your details.
3. Select your preferred delivery method and continue.
4. The order details will be displayed, select your preferred payment method and proceed to pay.

1. Go to the play store app on your android phone.

• The estimated delivery time for packages less than 5kg is 24 hours and for rest, it is 48 hours within Lusaka city.
• For orders from outside Lusaka standard delivery time is within 72 hrs. It may vary for more remote locations.
• Note deliveries are done during business working days. Business working days are from Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.

The delivery fee varies depending on your location and the width, height and weight of the products. The delivery fee starts from k35.
